The key objective of the LONE WORKER SAFETY 2011 Conference & Exhibition is to create a platform for professionals to exchange information, recommendations and codes of practice in reference to all aspects of lone worker protection.

“We wanted to provide all colleagues who share our genuine passion for lone worker protection with specific and up-to-date information, which will go far beyond theory alone” said Robert Kaiser, the organiser and CEO of PPSS.

Following a number of events focusing on general health and safety, organisations from the public and private sector have now expressed a great interest in this event, which will centre its attention on lone worker protection only, said Mr Kaiser.

Craig Swallow, CEO of Connexion2, manufacturer of the UK’s leading lone worker protection device Identicom, said: “We are very pleased once again to be associated with an event that is taking lone worker protection seriously. Last year was very well organised with some extremely valuable content provided by a number of quality speakers. If you are interested in lone worker protection this event is a must.”

Robert Kaiser also announced that Professional Witnesses Ltd will be the second headline sponsor.

“I am absolutely delighted to have one of the UK’s leading and most respected security solutions providers on board.  Trevor Barton MBE, Chairman of Professional Witness Ltd, is undoubtedly one of the most respected security experts, after 32 years within the police force and having been Chief Superintendent of Greater Manchester Police.”

Robert Kaiser added: “For me personally it was the key objective to partner up with headline sponsors and a media partner who I felt genuinely care about lone worker protection and are widely respected in this industry.  I believe we have done exactly this.”
